Whether it is our wood fired pizzas, our made-to-order pastas or our breaded by hand jumbo wings, we’re all about fresh, handmade, innovative dishes made lovingly by people who have been part of the Palasad family for years.
The big chains have their dough pre-made and bags of it brought in by truck - we make dough from scratch in our kitchen all through the week. Our tomato sauce is made from scratch – canned would be easier but that’s just not us. The chains have those huge advertising budgets - but we have our exceptional chefs.
It’s cuisine that strikes just the right balance. Our dishes are hugely more creative than what you’ll find at a roadhouse style restaurant (but don’t worry, we use our talents on the food - not designing the asparagus placement on the plate). We consider food to be great art. We begin with the most basic, freshest ingredients and then create enthralling, delicious wonders for the senses that appeal to everyone!
